公务员面试技巧之"角度法"

从某种意义上讲，可把面试定位为言语申论。言语申论和文字申论有许多相同之处，都是把考生模拟为公务员。所以，考生在面试时，一定要站在公务员的立场、角度去认识问题、分析问题、解决问题，而不是站在老百姓的角度回答问题。比如，对腐败、消极现象的认识，就应该站在公务员角度表态。一般说来，考生可站在下列角度去答题：

1、普通公务员的角度。把自己虚拟成公务员身份，站在政府立场，公务员角度思考回答问题。

3、站在考官的角度。有的问题要站在考官角度思考才能得高分。如有这样一个题：最近几年公务员报考热，社会上一些培训机构举办收费上万元的天价培训班，请问烟台人才网你对此有何看法？你是否参加过面试培训？站在考官角度思考这个问题，在回答时你说参加了培训，如果现有水平是80分，考官会想，参加了培训才这个水平，没参加会更糟糕，80分不是你的真实水平，这样肯定会给你的得分造成影响。作为人事部门来讲，按照市场经济，公务员考试也是一种经济，没权力去制止，但是不提倡。所以，站在考官角度，在回答第二问时就应选择没参加辅导。
